Apkidukaan is a flagship product designed and owned exclusively by Triarch Group. All designs, code, and proprietary algorithms belong to the Triarch ecosystem. Any attempt to replicate the software is strictly prohibited under Indian intellectual property laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and ensuring the accuracy of business data—including GST and shop details—entered into the system.

Subscriptions are pre-paid. Triarch Group reserves the right to modify pricing with a 30-day notice. All digital services are billed in accordance with the selected annual or monthly plan.

While we provide advanced AI insights, Apkidukaan and Triarch Group are not liable for commercial losses resulting from independent decisions or third-party hardware failures.
